HOW WE HANDLE DATA.

LAST UPDATED: JULY 2026

1. Overview

Kinetic Fusion Agency ("we", "us", "Kinetic Fusion") operates a production and performance marketing practice serving high-trust, restricted-advertising verticals — marine, motorsports, tactical, outdoors, aviation, and law enforcement / military / fire.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect sensitive client data and performance marketing analytics. We were built around categories most agencies won't touch, which means we hold data security to a higher standard than a typical creative shop.

By engaging Kinetic Fusion, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with these practices, you should not engage our services.

2. Data We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of information in the course of running performance campaigns and production work:

Account & Brand Data: company name, point-of-contact details, brand assets, product catalogs, and creative briefs supplied by you or your team.

Marketing & Analytics Data: ad-account credentials, pixel and event data, attribution signals (via platforms such as Hyros, Northbeam, TripleWhale, and Armanet), conversion data, audience segments, and campaign performance metrics.

Production Data: footage, stills, audio, and derivative creative assets captured during shoots, including any footage containing identifiable individuals.

Billing Data: billing contact, payment method, and transaction records necessary to administer your engagement.

Technical Data: IP addresses, device identifiers, and standard platform logs collected through the measurement tools we instrument on your behalf.

3. Restricted-Category Data

Several of our verticals — firearms, tactical, tobacco, alcohol, and related regulated industries — involve data subject to additional platform policies and, in some cases, state or federal regulation.

We apply category-aware controls: restricted assets are stored in segregated project directories, access is limited to the named team on your account, and media is never repurposed across non-competing brands without explicit written consent.

We do not collect, store, or process personally identifiable information about end consumers of regulated products beyond what is strictly necessary to operate compliant paid media, and only where permitted by applicable law and platform policy.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to: plan, produce, and deliver creative; build, run, and optimize paid media campaigns; measure and attribute performance; report results to you; fulfill contractual obligations; and maintain the security and integrity of our systems.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your brand's creative, audiences, or performance data with other clients. Each account is treated as a confidential, isolated engagement.

5. Subprocessors & Tools

We engage a limited set of third-party platforms to operate measurement and media execution. These currently include: Armanet (restricted-ad navigation), Hyros (call and funnel attribution), TripleWhale and Northbeam (media mix modeling), and standard ad platforms (Meta, Google, and programmatic partners).

Each subprocessor is engaged only to the extent necessary for the service, under terms consistent with this policy. We do not authorize subprocessors to use your data for their own commercial purposes beyond providing the service we've engaged them for.

6. Data Security

Access to client data is role-based and limited to the named team members on your account. Credentials for ad accounts and analytics platforms are stored in encrypted vaults and rotated on a regular cadence.

Production assets are backed up redundantly and stored for the duration of your engagement plus a defined retention window. Raw footage is retained per your contract; contact us to specify a shorter or longer retention term.

We monitor for unauthorized access and maintain incident response procedures. In the event of a confirmed breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay.

7. Retention

We retain account and performance data for the duration of your engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter to support reporting, audits, and lawful recordkeeping. Campaign-level analytics are typically retained for 24 months post-engagement unless you request otherwise.

You may request early deletion of non-production data at any time. Production assets (footage, stills, final deliverables) are governed by the retention terms in your contract.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you or your team. You may also request a copy of the performance data collected on your behalf during your engagement.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the details below. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Contact

For any privacy-related question, data request, or concern, reach us through our contact page. We take every privacy inquiry seriously and will work with you to resolve it.
